TASTE: initial medium-high roasty flavor (burnt) with a slight sweet coffee profile. medium bitterness. finishes roasty and dry. unbalanced. MOUTHFEEL: medium-low body with medium carbonation. Slight astringency. OVERALL: a sweet stout without a decisive sweet counterpoint from lactose to the strong roastiness. needs a revision to its formulation.
