Celebrating 8 years of Bridge & Tunnel Bottle Shop & Taproom in Astoria, OR! This beer was named by Dwayne and the name sparked the style of beer it should be. We layered 7 different malts for a rich, roasty imperial stout with notes of bakers chocolate and dark toast. Enjoy with your dancing shoes on!

16oz can from Hops & Bottles. Near black pour, small beige head shrinks to filmy head. Roasty aroma with strong notes of dark chocolate. Taste is chocolate, coffee-ish with a little anise. Mild bitterness and a bit of sweetness.

Dark brown, thin head. Nice toffee, burnt sugar, light fruitiness, charred fruit, going hard in that direction.
