Slight haze, gold, soft brett aroma, mellow bugs, some hop, light estery note that’s less ideal.

Aromas are malt, Brett, citrus and spices. Flavors are similar to nose, bittersweet with a hint of tart. I think I can pick out some hops. Finishes with a decent bitterness. Really good saison.

Can from Tavour: pours golden with white head. Aroma is mineral, straw, multigrain bread, light spicy notes. Somewhat spicy. Relatively sweet. Nice grainy notes. Solid.
