Deep gold, slight haze. Thin bubbly head. Good bitterness, clean. The foeder introduces just that touch of tannin. Good bitterness. Excellent balance for a TIPA to come across this drinkable and balanced.

On tap at Elizabeth Station, pours a clear golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma is massively dank in the hop department, with gentle line, some oak presence, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is super oily and dank in the hop department, with some resinous hop oils, pot, and a touch of tannins. Clean and wonderfully constructed. Excellent.

Shared with Josh during our trip to Festival of Dark Arts 2026.
Aroma: malty and boozy.
Taste: along the same lines, kinda of a bit weird notes, a bit boozy, full-bodied.
Overall: not sure I got the point of barrel fermentation for the Triple IPA 🙂
