Sample at the taproom. Hay yellow-gold color with a thin white head that evaporates quickly to a film. Spotty lacing. Wheaty aroma with herbal and malty notes. Light body with flavors of herbal wheat, fruit and slight spice. The finish is wheaty with a fruit and spice aftertaste. Decent overall.

On tap at the brewery. Pours clear yellow, with a small, white head. Lemon zest, hay, earth and coriander. Light savory spice, sweet, with a significant hop bitterness. Light to medium body, chewy, creamy and fairly effervescent. Not exactly true to style, but a tasty, white pale ale.
