Brewery draught, 9/11/26.
Big dry hop in the nose with funk, earth mineral. Mix of unripe tropical fruit and citrus with heavy white bread-like malt and a bit of pineapple lingering.
Similar citrus-and-tropical flavors in the mouth with a slightly sweet, heavy white bread character and a bit of dough. Some earthy, chalky dry hop and lots of soft juice. Very [too] low bitterness.

On tap at River Roost, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is similar to the base, with allium, more floral hopping than the base, minimal hopburn/chalk. Flavour is more chalky than I’d like, with lots of floral hops, stone fruit pith, and then chalk and hopburn kick in. I like the non-DDH more.
