予定調和
The ultimate IPA, combining the latest hops and technology for a supremely impactful hazy IPA.
Naming: We decided to make two beers with Inkhorn for our collaboration. Inkhorn don't only make one style, but they are especially known for their hoppy beers. As a result, the natural assumption would be that we would be making an IPA with them, so naturally we decided to make one of those, whilst also going against expectations with the other beer. With that, the two names were quite obvious!
Food Pairing: Chicken namban, lime-infused grilled prawns, beef tacos with guacamole
Series: 仲間シリーズ
Style: Hazy Double IPA
ABV: 8.0
IBU: 35
Ingredients: Malt, Hop,
Hops: NZ cascade, Super Suavin, Dynaboost Simcoe, Citra Hyperboost, Citra, Simcoe T45, Nelson Sauvin, Citra T45, Nelson Hop keif.

KBC x Inkhorn Per Expectations
Hazy Double IPA 8%
Hazy orange gold that’s darker in color than most hazies with thick dense light beige foam. It’s got a great rich hop character with a touch of booziness. Full bodied but with a fairly dry finish.
I would personally prefer something smoother but this was eminently crushable.
