Hvert år avholdes Oktoberfest i Egersund, og hvert år brygger vi et eget øl for anledningen. I ekte tysk stil brygges Oktoberfestølet som en Märzen, og bryggerne er kledd i Lederhosen for anledningen. Stas skal det være!

From bottle 23.11.14. Clear golden. Decent white head and lacing. Rather weak aroma with some sweetness and malt. Sweet taste with very moderate bitterness. A slight hint of malt. Short aftertaste. High drinakbility, but little taste. No faults.

Duft av humle og malt. Tyng lag skum. Fin gyllen farge. Helt grei standard øl, ikke noe spesielt ved denne. Det går som regel 6 på pakken.

Flaske delt med Willy: stor enighet om at dette var tynne saker. Lav bitterhet er en ting, men det trenger da virkelig ikke ha så lite smak. Farge og skum var det som mest minnet om øl.

33cl bottle from Varnaveien mineralvann. Pours deep golden with a small white head. Malty aroma with grain, cereal and a hint of caramel. Fairly sweet and malty with just a hint of bitterness in the finish. Quite bland and boring, but still drinkable. Slightly better than the average Norwegian "pilsner".

Deep golden colour with a smal white head. Mild caramel malt in the aroma. Some caramel malt and some fruity notes in the flavour.

0.33l bottle courtesy of StoreMyen, shared with ClubGonzo and InBreak. Pours a clear golden body with a small bubbly, islandy just off-white head. Really low on the aroma. Some thin hoppy hints mixed with something watery and light honey-like perhaps? Light sweet and malty in the flavor. It has somewhat more body than a normal lager. Not many flavors going on here, light malty with a tone of caramel perhaps? Hints of fruitiness in the finish, but all in all a somewhat straight forward boring beer. 11.02.2012

Bottle 330ml. @ home.[ Trade by yngwie ]. Clear medium orange yellow color with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, grain, cereal, smoke - rubber notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100711]
