Sabro vyšlo extrémně výrazně do kokosových, ovocných a smetanových tónů, Citra zde sekunduje se svým typickým projevem čerstvého tropického ovoce a citrusů. Odkvašeno na White Labs London Fog.

When the first U.S. hop varieties from the 2025 crop started hitting the market, we reached for a tried-and-true classic — we were simply curious how this year’s harvest turned out. Sabro came through insanely bold with coconut, fruity and creamy notes, while Citra backs it up with its signature hit of fresh tropical fruit and citrus. Fermented with WL London Fog.

Can at Bistro Zizkov, Östersund. Tried to enjoy despite uncomfortable surprise next to me! A middle of the road hazy IPA (lighter side) that was decent enough. Ticking the necessary boxes for the style.

Keg at Akkurat, Stockholm. Hazy straw colour, mid sized head. Generous aroma of dill, pineapple and lychee. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Fruity with passionfruit, grapes and papaya. Low bitterness. Well made hazy.

Pretty classic hazy, been done a million times before. Med body, med-light oatiness, med carbo. Med bitterness, med sweetness too.med-high citrusy, exotic hops. I get more citra, less sabro. Good.
