This was brewed in collaboration with CraftRoots Brewing Company at their brewery in Milford MA. We took our mutual love for lagers and light beers and gave it our own twisted on a traditional rice lager by brewing it with Nelson Sauvin hops. These hops are from New Zealand and have a beautiful light flavor and aroma that works so well with a lager. Getting notes of white grape, husk cherries, lemon, and a mild earth herbal tone.

Can with a weird code on the bottom, drunk 3/14/26.
Lemon and hints of lime with fresh herbs and a good deal of dry, white grape. Like a peppery Gruner, I suppose. Good and crisp, with a hint of huskiness from the malt but still some excellent honey-like character, as well. Very clean.
Really the only downfall I can find here is just a slight sharp/husky/grainy character to the malt, though it's almost mitigated by the softness of the honey-like character. Hops are lovely, yeast is lovely and it's crisp and dry on the finish. Incredibly drinkable stuff, with appropriate bitterness and they didn't go overboard trying to squeeze every last drop out of the hops. No bad herbage, chalk, intense earthiness or pine.

Draft at brewery. Clear and fairly light gold with white soapy head. Nose is some melon and white wine. Tatsss of honey dew, white wine grapes, minerals. Light bodied perhaps too much so. Obviously a crusher
