Panda at home, thanks to Kenneth, 07/03/2026.
Clear golden to light copper topped with an off white cap that veers to the edge.
Nose is sweet edged, caramel malts, grass, orange peel.
Taste comprises melon, grapefruit, orange peel, grass.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close punctured with grassy hop bitterness.
It's fine but a little sweet in places.

Can. Near clear gold beer, small but tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is light, smooth and mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation on the back end. Light smooth pale malts, a modest sweetness, a touch of honey and a little biscuit and mild grain. Simcoe and Mosaic being marmalade, light pine, fresher citrus and modest candy fruits vine. Tiny nip of hop spice on the light finish. Clean and drinkable. Nicely judged on the Mosaic, too much would have skewed this.
