Braggot made with wildflower honey from the State of Mexico, with a malty aroma and slight malt sweetness. Reddish brown in colour and with a notable degree of slightly roasted malt character.

Bottle sample at Colonia Meadery, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma has subdued, mostly fermented out honey, with some bready malt underneath. Flavour has bready malt, a touch of mostly fermented out honey, and toasted notes. Inoffensive, but nothing very pleasant here.

Bottle pour at Colonia. Pours clear gold with a beige head. Caramelized honey and malts on the nose; pretty light. Flavour has caramelized honey, brown bread malts. It's okay, but not very complex.
