In an aircraft cockpit, meeting with a bird is never welcome, although rarely dramatic. It arrives as a dull thump, a brief vibration and the immediate realization that something organic has just been removed from the food chain, but the aircraft keeps flying.
Bird Strike Pilsner is crisp, hoppy, and dry enough to reset your senses after that violent meeting with a bird. Cheers!

Golden colour, good white head. Light straw-grain aroma, also some toilet fumes which fade with "airing". Light-bodied. Grainy, somewhat bitter, light citrusy, yeasty notes lurking. Tolerable.

Smell of straw, faint hops. Golden colour, white head. Aroma of straw, malt, some grass and citrus. Heavy grain and grass in finish. Bitter. Slightly dry palate. Decent first(?) pils from FL.
