Our first with the desired California Red Zinfandel barrel. Filled with primarily Gramd Cru and accented small amounts of THB beer to highlight rich blackberry, red current, black cherry jam, black pepper spice, leather, buttery, and oak tannin notes of the barrel. Try it cold and try it warm, your experience will change.

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear copper with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has dark fruit and dates with some toffee and red wine barrel supporting. Flavor has dates and dark fruits with a growing sweet grain and toffee with some wine barrel underlying.
