Owlet is our single IPA featuring 2-row malted barley, wheat, and oats; hopped (and dry-hopped) with Simcoe, Amarillo, Centennial, and Chinook.
Expect notes of pine, citrus, and stone fruit, accompanied by a soft mouthfeel and light drinkability.
Inspired by the beers from yesteryear, intentionally featuring old-school hops!

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 7 | Overall - 7
16 oz can. Aroma is weak lemon, with pine and soft malt. Flavor does show some lemon and lime, but a strong presence of pine and pine resin. A bit much resin. West Coast style IPAs have been back in fashion recently. This is WAY more West Coast then NE IPA. Not something I reach for often.
