We felt it as our Destiny to make this beer. With a grain bill of Maris Otter, Pilsner malt, Wheat and Oats we have created a backbone for the amazing Strata and Mosaic hops. An aroma of red berry initially comes from the beer and then the taste of pink grapefruit on the palette. The refreshing bitterness at the end will then have you coming back for another.

South Fylde Beery Day Out Beer#3. Lighter golden with an active carbonation and a dryish texture. An initial fruity blast makes way for a crisp hoppiness as things progress. Always fruity in aftertaste with a hint of passionfruit.
