Voici une bière noire copieuse, fièrement brassée par des artisans de chez nous! On retrouve au nez des arômes profonds de malt sucré dominés par des notes de pain grillé, de chocolat et de café. Le profil d'alcool est complexe et rappelle les prunes, les raisins secs et le porto. En bouche, de riches saveurs de malt caramélisé et rôti s'estompent en une agréable amertume.
Here's a hearty dark ale, proudly crafted by local artisans! Expect deep aromas of sweet malt overlayed by notes of toasted bread, chocolate and coffee. The alcohol profile is complex, evoking plums, raisins and port. On the palate, rich caramelized and roasted malt flavours fade into a pleasant bitterness.

Lightly hazed, darker brown colour with some copper-caramel highlights. The head is light mocha-coloured, frothy, long lasting with some decent, creamyish lacing. Good bready malts in the nose with chocolate notes, coffee, roasted malts and eventually - alcohol with the hops. A silky, smooth mouthfeel with a mild dryness. Malty flavours of roasted barley, caramel, chocolate, light nuttiness, coffee and hoppy finish. Quite a nice, smooth Baltic Porter with everything well-balanced. A nice addition to their menu.
