A bold, ruby-red IPA that blends smooth caramel malt with piney, tropical hops.
Classic West Coast character meets British finesse – rich malt depth, clean bitterness,
and a dry, moreish finish.

Gravity cask at Maltingsfest 2026. Pours near clear chestnut ruby with beige foam. Malt, caramel, red berries, also some citrus. Light sweet & light to moderate bitter. Towards medium body, semi-dry finish. Fair considering the ABV

Keg at The Famous Royal Navy Volunteer, Brisssle. Hazy-opaque dark chestnut brown. Thick foamy light beige head. Aroma is low key but does manage rye spice and citrus. Sour dough. Flavourwise it's sour with a peppery edge. Bitterness more evident into the finish. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Nice if kinda muted Red IPA.
