Tap at J’s. Pours a copper brown with a finger of off-white, creamy foam that lingers. Light vanilla ice cream nose and cola. Smooth and light with a vanilla bean cola flavor on the palate. Sweet, but not cloying. Smooth and creamy finish.

On tap at the Lexington Pies & Pints. Light brown, with a medium, tan head, and good lacing. The aroma is black bread, light pine, caramel, and a touch of rye. Sweet and malty, with a mild and pleasant bitterness. Light to medium body, chalky, effervescent, and clean. This is a easy, balanced, and pleasant beer.

Kentucky Fried Charleston Trip Beer #17. Draft at the brewery. Let’s fall in love with music, the driving force of our times! Pours a hazy dark amber color with a large frothy tan head. Good head retention. Aroma of strong vanilla, doughy malts and a bit of toast. Comes across a lot like a plain glazed doughnut. The taste is vanilla, toasted malts, herbal hops. Medium bodied.
