A west coast-style India pale ale hopped with strata t90, strata CGX, strata hyperboost

Brewed with water from our wells along with 85% local ingredients.

Mashed with our standard base of local two row pilsner malt along with a dash of dextrin malt for a sturdy bod. Intensely hopped, with one of our very favorite hops, in the brewhouse and fermenter with strata 3 ways! Fermented with our preferred and classic house westy yeast strain for maximum dryness and ultimate crushability, exactly what you’d want to slurp down after surfing singletrack.

Brewed in collaboration with our neighbors at Lake James State Park by way of The Friends of Lake James. Named after one section of the trail system located within the park, West Wimba is a wildly fun and flowy fast paced ride. Basically our backyard, we live on this trail system and couldn’t be more humbled to have access to such incredible outdoor resources. Come surf and shred with us!

Also let’s not forget a shoutout to our main man and trail daddy, Scott Duncan, for working to polish up this trail post Helene.

Easy-drinking (if mildly potent) WCIPA, with a melon-white grape-tropical punch hoppiness offset by a modest pine-mineral bitterness and lingering grape in the finish. Good but a little more bitter edge would be nice.
