An American Pale Ale Brewed with Vienna, Munich and wheat malt. Hopped with citra and centennial hops. Medium gold in color with substantial hop bitterness, and a slightly dry finish. / This American pale ale opens with citrus & tropical fruit aromas. A hint of malty sweetness balances perfectly with the abundant Citra & Centennial hops, creating what could be your new favorite pale ale—named in honor of our first brewer: Cheers, Travis McGee!

A lightly hazed amber ale with a thick mocha head. In aroma, sweet butterscothc malt with light British hops. In mouth, a sweet buttery malt with grassy hops, very boring. On tap at Knoxville Brewer’s Jam, Oct. 22 2011.
