Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 8.5 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 7 | Overall - 7.5

Had three of these beers when I first purchased them in early 05/2025 amd first consumption was on 05/16/2025 and putting up the last one of these for a review tonight.
Can to snifter.
Appearance: dark amber with a light transparency along the sides; finger's worth of eggshell white foamy head which held for less than a minute then gently dissipated to mostly no lace (FYI, the 3 previously observed beers had longer lasting heads)
Aroma: cherry wood, vanilla, sweet leather, dried dark fruits, sweet earthy, shaved almonds and a touch of sherry (only thing I'm noticing new is the shaved almonds)
Flavor: mellowing bready sweet to slightly almond toasty & woody sweet; finishes semi-sticky with the vanilla and sherry tones (what's different now and between first consumption is the finish is kinda sticky now)
Texture: medium bodied - seems like it's starting to wane to want to move closer to light bodied; still this is a sipper; still smooth but this wasn't this sticky the first time I had this.
Overall: glad I had this tonight as I think would have been a total sticky mess next month. 😄
