And we are in round 4 of our Split Rock Pilsner series. This time, we are going full Nelson Sauvin from New Zealand's Pikimai hop farm. We dry-hopped this NZ boy to push those wine-like notes while keeping it properly bitter and dry.

Pours cloudy golden color with half a finger of frothy white head. Citrusy and herbal aroma. White grapes, citrusy, grapefruit, lightly floral, herbal and grassy flavor. Light body, dry finish.

Can. Golden color with medium white head. Aroma of citrus hops, grapes, floral and herbal notes. Taste is hop centered with grapes, herbal, floral hops, spicy notes, oranges, zest. Long hoppy bitter finsih. Very good.

On tap at Goblet Zagreb. Unclear pale golden coloured, medium sized white head, citrusy and whiff of grapes in the nose. Citrusy, floral, light herbal and touch of grapes with light grassy notes in the finish.

Tap at Goblet. Lightly hazy golden body, off-white head. Grape jelly, orange, sweetish, in the aroma. Medium body on lean, bit yeasty, heaps of onion, mildly funky, herbal, low fruitiness, low bitterness. The worst of the lot... 7/7.5/5.5/6/6.5
Update a month later: Wild herbal notes over the fruitiness in the aroma these. Lean, dry, smooth taste, bit floral and touches of wild herbs, kinda settled a little.
