Can from Aldi. It pours clear pale yellow with a fluffy white head. The aroma is fresh, fragrant, oak, savoury, salty, rich cracker, muted jasmine and pot pourri. The taste is Indeed extra dry, snappy, minerality, alkaseltzer, grassy, straw, floral, jasmine tea, dry oak, light tannin and some peppery spice with a drying finale. Average body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Interesting and quenching. Nice one. Think I prefer this to the previous cedar version actually.
