Poured from 500mL bottle ("limited release 2016"). Clear blonde with minimal white head. Apple skins, semi-sweet, okay.

500mL bottle, pours a clear blonde with a tiny white head. Aroma has plenty of toffee, stewed apples, and some sugars. Flavour is medium-sweet, with some tannins, light tart apple, stewed apples, some toffee, and light-to-medium residual sugars. There’s some nice complexity to this. Pleasant.

Bright gold. The aroma has some sweet apple character. On the palate, it's got some eating apple character, slightly honeyish, simple. Fairly sweet.

500mL bottle. Pours clear blonde. Apple skins, cores, some cloves on the nose; smells on the sweet side. Flavour has apple skins, some cores, cloves and coriander. Medium sweetness. Moderate complexity. Not bad. Not great. A bit drier than most of their other stuff, which is nice.
