On tap at L'Atalante, pours black with a small tan head. Nose is full of robust roasted malt, with earthy notes, and a touch of cocoa. Flavour is along the same lines, with rich roasted malt, earthy notes, and dry cocoa. Rich and roasted. Very good.

Draught @ Highlanders Bar, Aarhus. Pours black with a small brown head. Aroma of roasted malt, caramel, coffee, rich dark chocolate, licorice. Flavor is sweet, light bitter, roast malt, caramel, coffee, rich chocolate, licorice some alcohol. Medium to full body, soft to average carbonation, sweet finish with warming alcohol. 081019

Aus der Dose im 2019-10 getrunken. Die Röstaromen bringen dieses Stout eine deutliche Kaffeenote. Im Körper wirkt es für seine 10% etwas leicht. Sicher ein solides Stout doch irgendwie fehlt was Besonderes.
