Pours a copper amber, fairly dark, clear. Medium sized white head, low average stability. Scent is caramelly, fairly sweet impression, but not very strong - which makes sense given the ABV. Bit of that amber malt crunchyness. Taste is full, medium bitter, kinda clashing with the amber malts. Doesn't taste very fresh, in terms of ingredients. Bit damp, fairly sweet finish. The beer doesn't really 'pop', at least not in a good way. Not nearly as special as I had hoped for, but in a way better than what I expected, given the other 2 beers I had by them were subaverage. This one is to be concidered OK, nothing much beyond that, but it's also priced as such.
