From tap. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is toasted and mild fruity. Grassy. Dry, toasted and slight grassy into the finish.

Bottle - pours straw yellow white head - nose/taste of creamed corn, light peppercorn, coriander and light vegetal notes - light bodied.

Draft at Salud’s sour beer fest. Clear golden yellow color, small white head. Aroma of vanilla, cream soda. Taste is sweetish, light, easy drinking, a nice palate cleanser in between all the sours.Earlier Rating: 1/3/2013 Total Score: 2.6Draft. Hazy yellow color, medium white head. Aroma of wet hay. Taste is watery sweet straw.

On draft at Churchkey in DC. Pours a crystal clear gold with a thin white head. Light toasted malt aroma. Biscuit flavors. Thin mouthfeel. Lingering finish.

Growler, pours a totally clear honey yellow with zero head. Aroma of wet malts, a little chewable vitamin, bread. Flavor is lightly sweet, a little apple, a little honey. Watery finish.
