Bottle at Ante, Newtown. Clear pale golden colour,no head and aroma of rice, savoury notes. Taste is sweetish, rice, sourish pickle, meaty hints, with some tartness and warm alcohol. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, drying savoury boozy finish. Nicely drinkable.
