Centennial Valley is the second in our new Hop Valley series, showcasing the hops we personally selected during our visit to the Yakima Valley hop harvest in the USA.

Bright grapefruit, lemon peel and sweet orange lead, backed by subtle florals and a touch of pine. Centennial delivers a crisp, clean bitterness over a light malt backbone, finishing dry and refreshing. A classic American pale ale showcasing the full spectrum of this iconic hop.

clear yellow, white head that disappears. flowery and grapefruity and grapes aroma, similar to an old fashioned UK IPA, mild, bit watery but fine body and feel for one at only 4.1%
flavor is grapefrut and flowers, crisp malts, a bit thin and watery but okay for a session lowalcish ipa.
