Mosaic Valley is the first in our new Hop Valley series, showcasing the hops we personally selected during our visit to the Yakima Valley hop harvest in the USA.
Heavily hopped with Mosaic, it bursts with vibrant flavours of tropical fruit, zesty citrus and pine, balanced by a clean, refreshing bitterness.
This bright, aromatic pale ale is a true celebration of the hop harvest, showcasing Mosaic’s signature character at its very best.

good ipa flavor with quite bitter piney hops, solid dry malty base, almost nutty malty.some herbal and earthy notes though that distract a bit.
plenty of flavor and body for a 4.1%er.

Can from Meny at home 01/03/2026 Citrusy fruity with notes of tangerine and red grapefruit, some peach, pine, light crisp malty support, touch of blueberry into the drying bitter hoppy finish.
