Project A'lambik 4. For this fruity beer, 2-year-old lambic and handpicked blue plums where used. The kind of plum, 'Bleue de Belgique', is an old plum variety with a rich fruit yield. The tree produces large, and egg-shaped, dark blue fruits and is very suitable for this type of beer.
These Fresh blue plums were harvested in our own orchard, that same day we pitted and macerated the fruit at a rate of 320 grams per liter. This resulted in a very thirst-quenching beer of which only 240 bottles were made.
Once again, limited quantity, High quality... Enjoy!
