Karabel is the neighbourhood in Hernani where it all begins, just a few steps from Basqueland.
This beer marks the homecoming of a collaboration with our friends at Thornbridge, on the banks of the River Wye—true pioneers of West Coast IPA in England.
If Karabel I was brewed there in 2021, Karabel II is our take from here.
A well-rounded West Coast IPA, where the classic meets the modern, with resinous, dank character, floral notes, lime peel, grapefruit and mandarin, subtle herbal hints, and a dry, bitter finish.
Precision and respect for a timeless style. An IPA that builds bridges.

Golden. White head. Citrus, lightly toasted pale malt, a touch of caramel malt. Medium bodied. Finish is missing the bitterness. It’s alright.
