Tangy, clean, full-flavoured and completely refreshing. The apple aroma is ripened and rich with a hint of fruitiness and the palate is reminiscent of fresh pressed apple juice. A mild, tangy dryness on the palate rounds out the fullness and provides a beautifully balanced cider.

355ml bottle from Mr Liquor, Clemton Park. Golden colour, white foam head and aroma of apple, skin, core, sulphury note. Taste is sweetish, appley, some skin, tangy with acidity and hint of bitter tannin. Medium bodied, high carbonation, dry finish. Quite OK.
