Weich getreidiger, fast süßlicher Antrunk. Auch der Hopfen, der durch die Dinkelnote stärker wirkt überrascht, süffig, etwas hefig. Mittellanger runder Nachhall, Dinkel, kein Alkohol, erneut Hefe. 7/9/10/9/9/9

Bottle. Murky orange-brown, flocculating yeast, off-white creamy head. Spicy, light minerally aromatics, lemon rind, coriander, banana. Light-footed, foamy mouthfeel, medium light body. Fruity finish, easy drinkable.

(bottle) Hazy, murky golden to amber colour with a big and almost blond foamy head. Mildly bready malty and slightly spelty aroma with fruity notes of citrus and hints of clove and yeast. Mildly sweet and sour-tart flavour, medium to light bodied with a prickly carbonation. Yeast-spicy, (cara-)malty and distinctively spelt-malty character with notes of citric and sour orange; dry, slightly sweet and mildly sour-tart finish with spelty notes and citrus. Refreshing with a deceptive alcoholic strength. 27.V.15

bottle, díky pane doktore! Hazy brown with a beige head, quite stable. Fruity-grainy nose. Full-bodied, dark malts with some berries, grainy, chocolatey and fruity. Good one.

Bottle: "Dirty" deep golden, big loose and stable off-white head; moderate to solid fruity-wheaty nose with delicate traces of herbal hops and a cellary touch; moderate sweet sweet-sourish flavour, accompanied by a certain bitterness, medium bodied; spicy hoppy and fruity finish, some citrussy traces detectable, some alcohol as well. Really good…

Malty-sweetish beginning. A bit sharp, dry-dusty malt, sweetish banana. Hints of clove, bitter dusty in the aftertaste. For me a bit too sharp bitter in the aftertaste.

Pour is a murky brown with a large white head. Aroma is sweet bubble gum with some rich nuts. Flavor is again sweet with brown sugar, herbal tea and mustiness. Finish is sweet with a touch of white wine vinegar. This was odd but in a good way.

Bottle from Wine & Cheese in Clayton, MO. Light gusher! Pours dishwater amber with a frothy off-white (dirty white) head. Hefe aroma. Med + body. Flavor is darkly wheaty with a lot of spice. This is a very tasty beer that doesn’t fit easily into standard flavors. There’s fruit, spice, yeast, malt, but the main thing seems to be a very fresh fruit/ester. This is really good tasting stuff.
