Sampled at 3rd annual RI Brewfest; poured by the brewer himself. Flavor shows a good balance of malt and hops. The herbal hops take over the sweet bread and pine notes. Thicker body with an almost chewy texture that has a grainy element to it. The brewer also has a great story behind the name of this brew. The brewer has passion for his craft and it translates into this DIPA, well made!

Draft at the source. Hazy deep golden amber color. Nice aroma of mixed tropical fruit and citrus. Taste is bittersweet, nicely balanced, very fruity. An easy drinking east coast DIPA.
