Location: Draft at the brewery, 1/17/15
Aroma: It has a Belgian spice aroma, with some sweet notes, caramel malts
Appearance: Pours a murky yellow-orange color, with minimal head, and no lace
Flavor: Similar flavor profile, hits the yeast/spice notes, fairly sweet
Palate: Medium bodied, with a decent drinkability
Overall Impression: Not great, but not bad either. I can see the market, but it feel a little short for me.

Draft at the source. Cloudy yellow color. Dusty, peppery aroma. Taste is sweetish black pepper with a wild streak. Full body. Interesting.

Draft at the VA Craft Brewers Festival, Devils Backbone, 8/24/13. Pours a hazy orange color with a medium sized creamy off-white head. Good head retention. Aroma of stone fruits, spicy, herbal hops and pale malts. The taste is pale bready malts, spicy, herbal hops and a mildly fruity finish. Medium bodied. Nice.
