This very special Belgian-Style Strong Ale was aged in neutral oak barrels for 8 months, resulting in a stunning display of spice, fruitiness, and a luxuriously long finish.

Bottle. Color: Clear amber, very thin off-white head. Aroma: Fruity notes of dried fruit, stone fruit, malty,. Taste: Following the aroma. Stone fruit and dried yellow and some dark fruit, boozy hints and subtle spicy, hints of cinnamon and Cognac, some caramel. Malty. Hoppy background. A bit Champagne-like. Medium body, below average carbonation. Over moderate sweet, light to moderate bitterness. Boozy hints. Nice one.
