Excellent barleywine, reminiscent of Bigfoot but offering more balance, with heavy notes of caramel underlined by citrus pith and dried fruit, followed by pine and a moderate woody bitterness. Delicious.

Draft at the source. Hazy orange amber color, medium white head. Aroma of tangerines, hay. Taste is resinous citrus. Nice.Earlier Rating: 8/30/2014 Total Score: 4.1Draft at the source during RBWG. Cloudy orange color, huge cream colored head with good retention and solid lacing. Aroma of orange peel. Taste is bitter citrus, pine, caramel. Very tasty.

On tap at the brewery during RBWG 2014. Pours a hazy amber with a near white head that dissipates to the edges and laces. Aroma has an earthy citrus with a bit of pine and a sweet bread backbone. Flavor has a nice pine and sweet bread combination with a bit of grapefruit underlying as well as a touch of booze.

Draft at brewery. Pours cloudy orange gold. Nose and taste of toffee, sticky alcohol soaked fruits and caramel. Full bodied.

Draft @ the brewery. Pours a dark orange amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty piney grapefruit aroma. Sweetish malty hoppy bitter piney grapefruit flavor with hints of caramel. Has a sweetish malty hoppy bitter piney grapefruit finish.

Sampled on draft at the brewery. Pours a slightly murky copper color with nearly no head. Aroma is big citrus and earthy hops with a big toffee backbone. Taste is earthy, citrus and resiny hops with toffee. Full bodied.
