Rich, dark, and indulgent, delivering an incredibly smooth, velvety mouthfeel. The stout is then “drowned” in coffee using Northside Coffee’s finest espresso blend, before being beautifully balanced with soft, rounded vanilla.

440 ml can, as Wylam Affogato Vanilla Coffee Stout, from Left Field Beer, England. ABV is 5.5%. Black colour, large and creamy tan head. Distinct aroma of espresso coffee and roast malts, just a hint of vanilla. The vanilla is more dominant in the medium sweet flavour, followed by notes of coffee, roast malts and very moderate bittering hops.

Keg at The Antelope, Godalming. Opaque cola brown. Foamy tan head. Aroma has coffee with a vanilla edge. Flavourwise it's sour with some bitterness. Then a sweetness appears into the finish. Medium bodied. Creamy. Soft-average carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Noice.
