We were joined by the team from CAMRA's 2025 Pub of the Year, The Baily Head to brew this hazy and juicy New England-style IPA. We used brand new hop Anchovy alongside Mosaic to bring out notes of watermelon, pineapple and blueerry to this punchy and aromatic beer.

Can. Just a light haze on this gold, decent pale cream colour head. Light palate, semi dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Light malts, bordering on thin, a light creamy sweetness and, a tiny bit of natural grain. Anchovy and Mosaic sitting well together. Light pine, nibbly hop spice. Lemon up front, layered candy fruits, touches of red berries, watermelon and, the normal Mosaic candy fruits. Light crisp finish leaves a mild hop spice linger. Different and drinkable.
