Taster at the COS taproom. Pours a clear, golden color, with a fair, foamy, white head. The aroma is lemongrass, spruce, rose, and coriander. Almost dry, with a light, zesty bitterness. Light, crisp, and sticky. Pretty nice, assertive, and clean.
