Shaker pint draft at Bourgmont Winery in Bucyrus, Kansas. The pour is a clear amber brown copper with a small light tan head. The aroma is toasted caramel malt, along with a touch of bread. The taste is clean toasted malt, nice soft caramel sweet and finishes with a hint of grass. The palate is light to medium bodied with natural carbonation and a clean finish with a bit of mineral.
