Shaker pint draft at Bourgmont Winery in Bucyrus, Kansas. The pour is a faintly hazed yellow golden with a foamy white head that falls quickly. The aroma is cereal grain and floral sweetness. The taste is clean cracker grain malt, a hint of floral, honey and finishes clean with more cracker malt. The palate is light bodied with active carbonation and the dry clean finish. Nice lighter Helles, very drinkable.
