Draft at the COS location. Pours a clear, golden color, with a fair, bubbly, white head. The nose is wet grass, whole grains, bergamot, sage, straw, and lavender. Sweet and grainy, with a mellow, grassy bitterness. Light to medium body, crisp, and a bit astringent. Bright and solid.
