National Park Series
A rich, malt-driven Red Rye IPA, inspired by the stunning crimson lands of Uluṟu-Kata Tjuṯa and Kings Canyon National Parks in the Northern Territory.
Classic west-coast hops & rye malt weave deep, earthy spice with tropical & dark fruit notes, as striking as the red kangaroo & emu striding through ochre sands.
Pouring a desert-dusk ruby glow with a piney finish, Red Centre is a tribute to the sacred heart of our ancient land.

Can. Deep red brown with a 2cm off white head that lasts OK. Aroma of spicy bread, light caramel, grapefruit. Rich but only moderately sweet with just sticky breadcrust, spices, an intrusive earthy note, solid bitterness with punchy spices. Citrus gets a bit lost. Hearty and pretty good.
