Bottle. Pours quite hazy pinkish grapefruit, small white-pink head dissipating to a ring leaving decent lacing. Aroma is very yeasty, a bit of funk, some cherry pits and stems. Flavor is initially a bit sweet, but drying out into a light to medium tartness, fruity, cherry, lemon, a bit of funk but not much, lots of yeastiness, earthy. Medium body, lingering cherry earthyiness. This is pretty interesting, actually.

Bottle. Hazy pinkish hued pour with minimal head or retention. Carbonic aroma, medium funk, wet hay, earthy with deep cherry notes. Flavors are medium tart (not very acidic, but pretty clean) with a strong dark cherry flavor. Mildly funky and lightly goaty brett character. Quite drinkable at this acidity level (and the alcohol is decently well hidden). Medium carbonation, very mild tannins, dry. Good.

Bottle @ Zach’s house. Pours a cloudy pinkish red appearance with an off white head. Twangy berry, vanilla, a bit funky aroma. Bubblegum, cherry, herbal, pineapple, vinous flavor. A bit sweet. Not that great.

Bottle from Star Grocery in Berkeley, CA. Pours a very slightly ruddy gold with a few bubbles. Aroma is definitely funk, so much so I’m missing the cherry. Med body or nearly. Flavor is very tart, yes, cherry, with a bunch of barnyard aspects. Decent. Better than many. But it’s not nearly: Liefmans Kriek Ongezoet op Vat Decent drink tho.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy pink lemonade with a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma is funky with a touch of yogurt and a bit of tart cherries. Flavor has more sour cherry with a light funk and yogurt in the finish.
