more spicy than pumpkin-y, but there is something at the end... spice? vanilla? angel dust? whatever it is, this beer is good good.
enjoy!

Draft at Hotel Genetti. Clear amber pour, persistent thin off-white head. Pumpkin aroma, baked, like my mom used to do. Taste is pumpkin with light cinnamon and brown sugar. Pumpkin beer without the spice. Nice.

(Tap) clear, bright orange amber colour with a small white head; aroma of pumpkin, spice; balanced flavour with a long, light bitter finish; quite good for pumpkin ale

Reviewed from \"fresh\" notes.
This was poured into a becher pint glass.
The appearance was a dark amber color with a slight transparency about it. Some carbonation could be seen rising at a moderate pace. The foamy white head swiftly dissipated to leave no lace.
The aroma had some pumpkin puree’ type of sweetness, some cinnamon, pie spice, allspice and ginger and a decent caramel/toffee malt base. Also noted some nuts, and a little bit of biscuit/sweet cookie/dark breadiness.
The flavor was moderately sweet with the spices somewhat there. Aftertaste was fully blended between the malts and spices. Finish was quick with a sly maltiness.
The palate was just under medium bodied with a decent sessionability about it. Carbonation seemed good and wanted to balance with the spices. ABV felt appropriate.
Overall, now that’s a fairly nice pumpkin ale. Too bad these guys don’t send to Vermont, guess I need to spend more time with my parents during the Autumn to get more of this.

Tap, industry public house. Smell is somewhat spicy. Reminds me of pumpkin pie nose to some extent. Pale in color. No head. Oh my, lots of spice on the first taste. Perhaps over the top in some respects. Flat presentation. Not sure if there is pumpky in there or not but the spices are sure there.

The Beer Store, Southampton PA tap: Pours amber with a small whitish head. Aroma is a whole lot of pumpkin spice, vanilla, and a hefty helping of sticky maltiness. Taste is somewhat sweet. Vanilla is prominent. Body is pretty nice and gooey. A good beer to drink while browsing for more beer at the beer store.
