Seekers After Light is a blend of mixed culture beer fermented and aged in oak and refermented on Sauvignon Blanc grape pomace and organic peaches.
The 2021 harvest blend was created from a selection of oak fermented and aged saison which were refermented on organic 'Regina' peaches from Collins Family Orchards in Selah, WA. and whole cluster Sauvignon Blanc pomace from Sagemoor Bacchus Vineyard planted in 1972.
This beer was refermented to condition in the bottle with raw honey from Cougar Canyon Apiary, harvested in Chiliwist, Washington on 09/25/21.
