The Huckleberry Wheat is bear food in a bottle!

Most other fruit beers have such a tart snap that you can't taste the beer. The Huckle-Weizen is BEER with just enough huckleberry to make you yearn for the wilderness!

The berries don’t make this too offensive. Golden pour. Average carbonation. Sour finish. Bottle thanks to Travlr.

Bottle shared with Sledutah. Hazy golden color, bright white head. Aroma of tart berries. Taste is equally tart, with grapefruit and berries, lemon. Actually not bad.

12oz bottle pours with a deep gold body that has a slight haze and supports a thin light tan head. The aroma offers up fruity tartness, table sugar and some berry to cranberry like fruitiness. The taste starts tart and fruity with an edge of mild yeasty tartness. To midway it gets soft and sugary and a bit aspartame like too. It ends with a decent berry fruitiness.

Draft: Hazy pale yellow pour with a small white head. Mild huckleberry aroma, more in the taste. A bit of florals and light wheat. Finished a little soapy.

12oz bottle. Murky orange-brown color. Sweet berry aroma, potentially artificial but quite pleasant nonetheless. Juicy, tangy citrus hits you right off the bat, and dominates the beer throughout. Tart and refreshing, I sort of like this beer. The huckleberry taste is not unlike tart raspberry, with more of a lemony kick. Light honey touch in the finish. I could drink this stuff all day.

Not bad. Cloudy orange and lightly carbonated. I don’t know what a huckleberry tastes like but the flavor of this beer is very similar to Pyramid apricot. Mostly sweet, but some sour in the finish. There does not seem to be any artificial flavors so that is good.
